WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover cards. No PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the secure payment site to enter your card information. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email and then return to ONESWEETHARVEST.COM.
WHAT IS A CVV CODE?
Most vendors ask for your credit card certification value (CVV) code for increased security and protection against fraud. For MasterCard and Visa credit cards, you can find this 3-digit value on the back of your card. For American Express cards, this 4-digit 
number is found printed on the front of your card.

HOW DO I KNOW MY CARD INFORMATION IS SAFE?
The payment processor Stripe are managed from within our store and supported by Shopify. We have installed fraud alerts & chargeback detection from within our parameters.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Order processing time requires at least 48 hours (upwards to 96 hours) for shipments to be dispatched. Please note this can take longer during peak sales periods.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All orders are generally dispatched after 48 hours (Mon - Sat). Estimated delivery time (ETA) is to be used as a reference only and commence from the shipment date. One Sweet Harvest is not responsible for any delays caused by destination or USPS customs.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. It is merely for convenience the next time you should with us.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
For any changes of shipping address, please contact us ASAP at hello@onesweetharvest.com BEFORE shipment. If the order has been fulfilled, it is out of our boundaries.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
Certain PO boxes within USPS, yes.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once payment is submitted. If you would like all your items to be delivered together contact hello@onesweetharvest.com BEFORE shipment.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
The nature of the product cannot be returned or exchanged! They are consumables and therefore not possible.
WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND FOR CANCELLING AN ORDER? 
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. There will be a 20% cancellation charge & restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that already dispatched with tracking number.
